Fall Fitness Plan

Take advantage of the weather this fall! Feel the crisp air hit your face on a nice bike ride. Spend the afternoon apple picking. Enjoy the fall foliage on an afternoon hike. Whether it’s walking, hiking, or cycling, make sure you get out and move this fall.

Find your motivation. People are motivated by different things. Discover your goals. What do you want to change? Why are you challenging yourself? Maybe for some, it is to lose weight. For others, muscle tone is their main goal. Some people set a goal to challenge themselves with a new event or race. Whatever your goal, discover it, set a plan to achieve it, and be consistent! It takes motivation to start something and determination to finish it!

This fall, I challenge you to find your why. Then set up a plan to achieve your goal. Take advantage of the new season-the season of change! Is there something you want to change within yourself? The difference between who you are and who you want to be is the challenge. Be positive tell yourself you can.
