I will give you 3 weeks full of easy healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks to get you off to a good start!

For the on again off again dieter—listen up, this plan is for you! Get off that couch, stop day dreaming at your computer and let’s do something about why you are unhappy in the skin your in! I will motivate you weekly for 4 weeks to get your shi* together! This plan includes the same as “Inspiration” plan but I include a workout plan and weekly motivation for 4 weeks.

Not only will you get 6 weeks of meal planning, grocery lists, and recipes tailored to your needs but 6 weeks of workouts to follow (at home or at a gym.) To hold your accountable of your daily routine, I will be checking in everyday to make sure your on track. We will also set small weekly goals to help you achieve greatness.
